Refund Eligibility
- 7-Day Refund Guarantee: Refunds are available for eligible courses or services within seven (7) days of the purchase date.
- Requests for refunds must be submitted via email to Contact@nailartistrybusinessschool.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include proof of purchase.
Refund Process
- Upon receiving your refund request, we will review it for eligibility.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the transaction.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Products or courses accessed, downloaded, or partially consumed.
- Subscription fees already incurred.
- Custom or specialized services.
Cancellations
- Orders or enrolment's may be cancelled if the course or service has not yet been accessed or commenced.
- Cancellation requests should be sent to Contact@nailartistrybusinessschool.com promptly.
Additional Notes
- If any material was delivered as part of the service, it must remain unused for the refund to be valid.
- Refunds are not applicable if there is evidence of misuse or violation of our terms of use.
